About this notice
This notice covers Sellability Guard and its operation as a Shopify app. The Zavenor website privacy notice still applies when you use the website.
Information the app may process
Depending on how the app operates, it may process the identity or domain of your Shopify shop, installation and authorization details, selected product and variant identifiers, and the chosen market or country. It may also process product and variant sellability information available to the app, monitoring observations, findings, evidence and observation history. Other information may include technical configuration metadata, authorization metadata needed to run the app, and technical security and error information needed for operation and troubleshooting.
Shopify authorization
Credentials needed to run the Shopify integration may be stored securely. They are not intended to appear in the normal merchant interface or in public logs.
Customer, order and payment data
Sellability Guard’s core sellability-monitoring purpose does not intentionally require Shopify customer records, order records or payment data.
How information is used
Information may be processed as needed to install and configure the app, run the Shopify integration and carry out requested sellability monitoring. This also includes keeping observation records and history, showing findings to the merchant, securing the app, troubleshooting technical problems and meeting applicable legal and platform obligations.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only as long as needed to run the app, for legitimate operational or security purposes, and to meet applicable legal obligations. The app's technical deletion and compliance processes also apply.
Privacy requests involving Shopify
Applicable obligations relating to privacy, deletion and access are handled under Shopify platform requirements and applicable law. For questions or requests, email office@zavenor.com.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can contact office@zavenor.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to a supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority).
